Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Jottan-Jorel in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Jottan-Jorel Inc. was not paying employees their proper earned wages.  A Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) investigation was conducted by the Wage and Hour Division (WHD).  The investigation determined that Jottan-Jorel Inc. owed employees thousands in unpaid wages in breach of the FLSA and Wage Payment and Collection Law (WPCL).
