Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Schenley Gardens in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against because of his Age and Gender in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (Title VII). The complaint states that since the hiring of a new Executive Director, Plaintiff was subjected to discriminatory treatment. The Executive Director would give preferential treatment to younger, female employees. Plaintiff was harassed and bullied because of his age and gender.
