Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against UPMC in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against due to her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The complaint states that Plaintiff was diagnosed with a serious disability. Plaintiff was called names because of her disability and subject to harassment from Defendant. Plaintiff reported the harassment but Defendant refused to address it. Plaintiff also took FMLA for her disability and was retaliated against for taking such.
