KM&A Files Lawsuit Against Jason Dulski for the Death of a Dog Named Ruby

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Jason Dulski in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

The complaint alleges that the Defendant willfully and maliciously killed Plaintiffs’ dog, Ruby, in violation of 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. §5511(a)(1),(2.1). Defendant intentionally left antifreeze on the front porch of his apartment allowing Ruby access to it. After a long and painful battle, Ruby eventually passed away. Animal Friends investigated Defendant’s behavior and the Dog Warden for Allegheny County filed charges against Defendant. Defendant plead guilty to placing poison where it could be eaten by or found by a dog and only had to pay an $80 fine.
