Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against due to his wife’s disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The complaint states that Plaintiff’s wife was diagnosed with a serious ailment. As soon as the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of his wife’s disability and his need for time off, he was terminated.
