Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against ECM Transport, LLC (ECM) in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was wrongfully terminated when he refused to violate safety regulations while operating a truck for ECM. Plaintiff was asked by ECM to make a delivery. Plaintiff expressed numerous times that he was not able to do so because he would be in clear violation of safety regulations (related to the number of consecutive hours operating a truck) and could endanger those on the road. ECM terminated Plaintiff for refusing to break the law.
