Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Veeder Root in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of the Family Medical and Leave Act (FMLA). Plaintiff request FMLA leave for his disability and within 30 days of requesting such leave he was terminated. Plaintiff was retaliated against for taking FMLA.
