Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Golden Corral in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Title VII. Plaintiff was sexually harassed by his superior and when he complained about it, he was fired.  The complaint alleges that Golden Corral did not help to end the discriminatory treatment, but terminated him.  Plaintiff was retaliated against for reporting the discriminatory behavior of his superior.
