KM&A files lawsuit against Capital Realty Group.

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Capital Realty Group in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was discriminated against in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”).  Plaintiff was terminated and replaced with someone younger who her employer stated was, “hotter and better to look at”.  When Plaintiff was terminated her employer stated that they needed, “a new set of eyes on things”.  Plaintiff previously lost one of her eyes to cancer twenty-one years ago.
