Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Warren General Hospital in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was retaliated against in violation of the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”).  After Plaintiff returned from FMLA leave for a shoulder injury she was retaliated against and eventually terminated.
