KM&A’s Sean Ruppert Teaching Startup Seminar at CMU


KM&A Attorney Sean Ruppert will be teaching a seminar for startups at CMU next month focusing on insurance issues. The class is offered through the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University. During this session, Insurance for Startups, Sean will answer two key questions for startups:

  • What type of insurance is needed?
  • When is the right time to obtain insurance?

Sean Ruppert is a small business lawyer with KM&A where he guides businesses and entrepreneurs through tricky legal areas. Sean’s background in the insurance industry and his legal experience give him a unique ability to provide reliable advice. His works to boil down complex issues into clear, understandable, and actionable information for small businesses.
