KM&A Files Lawsuit against Glen O. Hawbaker, Inc.

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Glen O. Hawbaker, Inc. (GOH) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against due to her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and sexual harassment in violation of Title VII. The complaint states that Plaintiff had a disability that required her to take frequent bathroom breaks. Defendant was aware of Plaintiff’s request but refused to give Plaintiff her required breaks. As a result, Plaintiff would have accidents and be forced to go home. Plaintiff was also harassed and subjected to sexual comments from co-workers. Plaintiff reported the harassment but Defendant refused to address it. Plaintiff was forced to quit because the Defendant refused to accommodate her or address the harassment.
