KM&A Files Suit Against Procter and Gamble Paper Products

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC has filed a complaint against Procter and Gamble Paper Products on behalf of Carol Gongliewski in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Procter and Gamble Paper Products violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by discriminating against the Plaintiff on the basis of her gender.  The complaint further alleges that management made inappropriate comments about the Plaintiff’s gender and denied her promotion opportunities due to her gender and that  Plaintiff was eventually terminated because of her gender.

The complaint further alleges that Proctor and Gamble Paper Products violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 by subjecting the Plaintiff to age discrimination.  Specifically, alleging that younger employees received preferential treatment and were given promotion opportunities Plaintiff was denied and Plaintiff was terminated as a result of this age discrimination.
