KM&A Files Suit Against Monroeville Christian Judea Foundation

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC has filed a complaint against the Monroeville Christian Judea Foundation on behalf of Dian Hanz, Cynthia Hayden, and Deborah Wilson-Green in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges racial discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA).  Specifically, the complaint alleges that Plaintiffs were written up and subsequently terminated because they were White and/or married to a White man.  The complaint asserts that Employees who were not White and/or married to a White man did not get written up for making identical mistakes at work.

The complaint also alleges age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and PHRA.  The complaint also alleges that each Plaintiff was terminated by a younger Supervisor and replaced by younger individuals after their termination.  The complaint alleges that the younger employees received preferential treatment and were not punished for making the same mistakes as the Plaintiffs.
