Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Walgreens in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against due to her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  The complaint states that Plaintiff, a 70-year old female, had a disability that Defendant had accommodated for five years. Plaintiff was originally hired for a limited scope of employment that accommodated her disability. Once a new manager began, Plaintiff no longer received the accommodations and was forced to do work that violated her restrictions.  When she was unable to do the work she received disciplinary write-ups.
