Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against USPS in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated for taking FMLA leave. Plaintiff had requested FMLA leave to care for her husband. As soon as Plaintiff requested leave, she was retaliated against and fired.
