Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against EDMC in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Title VII because of his race. Plaintiff was singled out by his Caucasian Supervisor for disparate treatment. Plaintiff would be ignored and yelled at whenever he tried to speak to his Supervisor. EDMC also gave preferential treatment to its Caucasian employees. Plaintiff was eventually terminated for allegedly using an improper call-off procedure that every other Caucasian co-worker used in the past.
