Kraemer, Manes & Associates “KM&A” has field a complaint against UPMC in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.  UPMC is headquartered in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that UPMC violated the Uniform Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Mr. Osuagwu alleges in the complaint that he was subjected to a hostile work environment, and when he reported this hostile situation to Human Resources, that he was reprimanded, and ultimately fired.  Mr. Osuagwu, through KM&A, successfully defended against allegations of “willful misconduct” before the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review.
