Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against IPSCO Tubulars (IPSCO) in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff sustained a work related injury and as a result of the injury he had to file for Workers Compensation. When Plaintiff filed for Workers Compensation, he was retaliated against and eventually terminated. This complaint alleges retaliation for filing Workers Compensation. This complaint also alleges Wrongful Termination because Plaintiff was terminated for pursuing Workers Compensation in violation of Pennsylvania public policy.
