KM&A Files Lawsuit Against TruFood Mfg. Inc and Spartan Staffing

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against TruFood Mfg. Inc. and Spartan Staffing in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff faced unlawful sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.  Plaintiff was sexually harassed by another co-worker.  After reporting the harassment Plaintiff was retaliated against and subsequently terminated.
