KM&A Files Lawsuit against General Electric Company

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against General Electric Company in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges Plaintiff had a disability and was subjected to discrimination because of such.  The complaint alleges Plaintiff was told multiple times that was being denied positions because of his disability.  Plaintiff was yelled at and also demoted because of his disability.  Plaintiff was subsequently terminated.
