Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Residence Inn Marriott in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated for taking his disability. The complaint alleges that Residence Inn Marriott refused to accommodate Plaintiff and instead retaliated against him and fired him.
