Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against First Commonwealth Bank in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated because she was 60 years old.  The complaint also alleges Plaintiff was harassed because of her age and subjected to a hostile environment.

Plaintiff is not the only victim of age discrimination.  Other older workers were also subjected to the same discriminatory treatment.
