Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against PS Technology in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges Plaintiff is treated differently and paid less money because of her sex/gender.  The complaint alleges that a male co-worker performing the same job received more money.  Plaintiff complained about the disparate treatement but nothing was done.
