Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC (“KM&A”) has filed a complaint against Allegheny County, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff’s rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), and 42 U.S.C.  §§ 1983 (due process) were violated by the Defendant.
