KM&A Files Lawsuit against Greek Catholic Union of USA

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Greek Catholic Union of USA in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in because of her age in violation of the ADEA. Plaintiff alleges throughout her employment she was sabotaged, set up to fail and subjected to many ageist comments.
