Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC has filed a complaint against Bombardier Transportation on behalf of Heather Battista in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Filed December 3, 2014, this lawsuit alleges that an employee was not paid overtime in violation of state and federal law. The complaint alleges that Plaintiff regularly worked in excess of forty hours per week but was not paid overtime wages. It is further alleged that Bombardier Transportation classified Plaintiff as exempt from receiving overtime wages because of her position as Executive Staff Specialist, but Plaintiff was not performing any tasks which would have allowed Bombardier Transportation to classify her as such.
