One day while Diana was speaking with her supervisor, she shared that he insinuated that he wouldn’t pay her unless she performed oral sex on him. In fact, her pay was being withheld. Worried about this situation, Diane approached the owner of Don Rosen Imports. She reported the incidents, complaining that her pay was being withheld.

Instead of rectifying the situation, Don Rosen Imports fired her eight days after she made her complaint about the inappropriate sexual comments and withheld pay. Diane believes that her termination was because she requested her rightful pay and complained about the gender and racial discrimination. No employee deserves this treatment.

As a client of KM&A, Diane is fighting for her employee rights. KM&A represents men and women like Diane who have suffered sexual harassment and discrimination due to their gender and race. Diane stands up for her rights under the law.
