Kraemer, Manes & Associates, LLC  has filed a complaint against Penn Manufacturing Industries, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The Complaint alleges that Plaintiff, James Bistok (“Mr. Bistok”) was subjected to unlawful treatment when he was terminated because of his age. Mr. Bistok, who is eight-one years old, claims that he was constantly referred to as an “old man” and replaced by a  significantly younger individual despite the fact that he did not exhibit any significant performance concerns during his  approximately four years of employment.
