Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Divinity Investments, LLC (Divinity) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Divinity is failing to pay overtime wages and unpaid wages in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §201 et seq., and the Wage Payment Collection Law, P.L. 637, No. 329. Plaintiffs are owed over 600 hours worth of wages and overtime.
