Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Walmart in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of the Family Medical and Leave Act (FMLA). The complaint alleges that Plaintiff requested FMLA for his wife’s pregnancy. The complaint further alleges that Plaintiff had sent in FMLA paperwork but the Defendant did everything possible to reject it and prevent Plaintiff from obtaining FMLA leave. After weeks of trying to submit his FMLA paperwork, Plaintiff alleges he was terminated in retaliation for requesting leave.
