KM&A Files Lawsuit against USPS

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against USPS in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated for his disability. Plaintiff had a disability and requested an accommodation of no steps.  Plaintiff was originally granted this accommodation only to have it taken away with no justification. The complaint alleges that he was also harassed by his co-workers and supervisors about his disability.  Eventually Plaintiff suffered the ultimate adverse action and was taken off the work schedule and has been unemployed for over a year.
