Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against StoneMor Partners, L.P. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges Plaintiff was subjected to discrimination in violation of ADA, FMLA and ADEA.  Plaintiff had a disability and the complaint alleges that as soon as the Defendant became aware and she had inquired about FMLA, she was retaliated against and terminated. The complaint also alleges that younger workers were given preferential treatment when applying for FMLA.  Plaintiff was treated differently because of her age.
