KM&A Files Lawsuit Against Simplot

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Philadelphia Truck Lines in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff faced unlawful discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.  Plaintiff was sexually harassed by his immediate supervisor.  After reporting the harassment Plaintiff was retaliated against.  Plaintiff also suffers from a disability.  Plaintiff was discriminated against due to his disability.  After reporting the discrimination, Plaintiff was terminated.
