Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Mechanicsburg Learning Center in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against under FMLA. The complaint states that Plaintiff request FMLA and was denied the paperwork to even apply. Plaintiff was then retaliated against and terminated.
