Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Independence Blue Cross in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges Plaintiff was subjected to sexual harassment and sex discrimination in violation of Title VII.  The complaint alleges Plaintiff was singled out because she is a female lesbian.  She was subjected to inappropriate comments on a daily basis. Plaintiff tried to report the discriminatory behavior but nothing was done.  Instead, the complaint alleges that Plaintiff was subsequently retaliated against. Shortly after Plaintiff complained about the discriminatory treatment, she was retaliated against and fired.
