KM&A files lawsuit against Golden Living.

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Golden Living in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was retaliated against for taking Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) approved leave.  Plaintiff took medically necessary FMLA leave.  When Plaintiff contacted her Employer to return to work she was told that there was no longer a position for her at the company.
