Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Freedom Square Diner and Chris Cross 2, LLC (collectively Defendants) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of the ADA. Plaintiff had a sick child and after she notified the Defendants she was terminated. The complaint alleges that Defendants refused to engage in the interactive process of trying to accommodate Plaintiff.
