Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against First Commonwealth Bank in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in retaliation under the ADA.  Plaintiff alleges she had requested a reasonable accommodation to do her newly assigned job duties.  Within 4 days of requesting an accommodation, Plaintiff was terminated. Plaintiff alleges she was fired in retaliation for her disability.
