KM&A Files Lawsuit against Allegheny County Jail

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Allegheny County Jail (ACJ) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges Plaintiff resigned because ACJ refused to accommodate Plaintiff’s disability. The complaint alleges that when Plaintiff attempted to re-apply to ACJ he was denied although other applicants were hired.  Plaintiff was qualified for the open position but was denied because of his disability.
