Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC has filed a complaint against Confluence Strategy Partners, LLC, on behalf of Richard Casagrande in the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County.

The complaint alleges that during Plaintiff’s employment Confluence Strategy Partners, LLC, Plaintiff incurred work-related expenses and performed services for Defendant for which he was unreimbursed and unpaid.  The Complaint alleges that Defendant violated the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law and the federal Fair Labor Standards Act in failing to pay Plaintiff any amount for work performed as part of his employment with Defendant during certain time periods in 2013.
