Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against UPMC in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

The complaint alleges that the Plaintiff was discriminated against because of her sexual orientation. The complaint states that Plaintiff was subjected to inappropriate sexual comments. Plaintiff was also subjected to unfavorable working conditions. Plaintiff has also file suit in the United States District Court for the Western District.
