Michelle Dempsky, a civil litigation attorney at KM&A, specializes in employment law, with diverse practical experience in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Before attending law school, she graduated cum laude with departmental honors from Lafayette College, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology and Environmental Science. In her previous practice, she specialized in representing union employees, including members of the local chapters of the Policemen’s Benevolence Association (PBA), fighting hard for their statutory rights and contractual benefits.
