FORMER EMPLOYEE FILES SUIT AGAINST EXPRESS GLOBAL SYSTEMS INC. FOR WRONGFUL TERMINATION
PITTSBURGH, PA, September 17, 2015 – Robert Lambert filed a wrongful termination suit against Xpress Global Systems Inc.. alleging wrongful termination and a hostile work environment.

Mr. Lambert was an exemplary employee was subjected to repeated hostile remarks and actions at his job, including being called “Alzheimer’s Bob” and “Senior Citizen Bob.” His manager stated that Mr. Lambert was “old school” and that the “old guard needed to go.”

Besides being harassed for his age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act as well as the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Mr. Lambert was also harassed because he suffered from diabetes, being called a “pussy” and a “baby” when he needed a brief break to take his insulin. Mr. Lambert was fired shortly after requesting leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
