Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic-Narcotics Addiction Treatment Program in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was regarded as having a disability was subjected to harassment because of such.  The complaint further alleges that Plaintiff was told her disability made every uncomfortable and was why she was being terminated.
