Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against United Refining Company in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in retaliation for refusing to engage in illegal activity and for reporting such illegal activity.  Plaintiff alleges he reported numerous safety violations to management and nothing was done. Instead United Refining Company fabricated a reason to terminate Plaintiff.
