KM&A Files Lawsuit Against State College Borough Water Authority

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against State College Borough Water Authority in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was discriminated against and retaliated against due to his disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).  Plaintiff suffers from a learning disability and was denied a promotion due to his disability.  Plaintiff was retaliated against after filing a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
