KM&A files lawsuit against Philadelphia Truck Lines

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Philadelphia Truck Lines in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff faced unlawful discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”).  Plaintiff was discriminated and retaliated against after returning to work from double bypass heart surgery.  Plaintiff was purposefully passed over for better positions in favor of younger employees.
