Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against New Story and Salisbury Management, LLC in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was terminated in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII) and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA). Plaintiff went on maternity leave and upon return she was fired. Plaintiff was retaliated against for taking leave to have a child. Plaintiff was harassed and given impossible deadlines. Plaintiff would ask for help and was denied.
