KM&A files lawsuit against Front Line Flagging Inc.

Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC “KM&A” has filed a complaint against Front Line Flagging Inc. in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

The complaint alleges that Plaintiff was discriminated against and retaliated against due to his disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) approved leave.  Plaintiff was eventually terminated in violation of these Acts.
